Vipers SC secure Liberian forward Robin Kane Hney on three-year deal

Uganda Premier League champions Vipers SC have bolstered their attacking options with the acquisition of Liberian winger Robin Kane Hney, the club confirmed on Friday, August 29, 2025.

The 20-year-old has signed a three-year contract that will keep him at the Kitende-based side until 2028.

Kane joins Vipers from Albanian outfit Apolonia Fier, where he registered seven goal contributions in just 12 appearances.

According to the club, the youthful forward is admired for his blistering pace, creativity, energy, and versatility, with the ability to play across multiple attacking roles.

The signing is part of Vipers’ aggressive squad rebuild as they gear up for both domestic and international engagements.
